@taytayy that’s exactly what I do. I use eyeshadow and a very thin brush… it’s easier to correct and can easily wipe off with a q-tip if you make a mistake
I do not Have a back routine but,
100 burpees
1min crunch
1min toe touches
1min reverse cruch
100 jumping jacks
25 pushups
50 jump squats
50 squats
some fun cardio to a song to top it all off
